Responsibilities
● Review shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction material recommendations from clients and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies team of discrepancies
● Meet with clients and attend city/county meetings
● Coordination with Consulting Engineers
● On-Site Construction Management
● Accurately prepare and coordinate the production of construction documents utilizing Revit
● Compiling date for design, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
● Preparing on-site as-builts for existing buildings
● Reviewing Permitting Documents across disciplines
Qualifications
- 7+ Years of previous experience in an architectural firm
- Degree in Architecture
- Architecture Professional License
- 4+ Years experience in Revit
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of Construction Documents
- 3+ Years of Project Management experience
- Problem-solving
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Exhibit an ownership mentality and be highly self-motivated
